Everyone has different goals and fitness levels they would like to achieve and there are 100 ways to get there.  Pure Strength & Fitness and can help make those everyday tasks easier, help you with your general fitness goals, or help the athlete play at a higher level through sports performance & conditioning programs.


Whatever goal you have we can help.  Learn new exercises in a group setting to one on one personal training, general weightlifting, Olympic style weightlifting and programs geared toward strength and conditioning.

The classes at Pure Strength and Fitness will build strength and endurance workouts for all levels of fitness. These varied workouts will include skill development for strength elements, cardiovascular endurance as well as stretching and mobility for better movement at the gym and everyday life.

  • 3x Per week – Auto Pay ($105.00/$89.25*)

  • UNLIMITED – Auto Pay ($120/$102*)

  • Military/1st Responders ($96/m Unlimited, $84/m 3 Days Per Week)

PURE Youth Classes

This program is for students currently in 5th – 12th grade. It includes training to improve strength, endurance, speed, agility and mental focus. The programming will also include an emphasis on the proper techniques of Olympic style lifting which is shown to improve coordination and motor skills.

* Participants in this may be invited to participate in the PSF Class if determined by coach as proficient.
